Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • Certain items, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
